The work system at Master Food relies on periodic monitoring of the operation process in all its stages in order to detect early any expected deviations and take the necessary measures to ensure the protection of consumer health, product quality and compliance with the stipulated international standards.

Our role is to:

Receiving raw materials and verifying their compliance with the company’s specifications.
Follow up on the product during manufacturing to ensure the safety and accuracy of the manufacturing steps.
Verify the safety and quality of the final product through physical, chemical and microbiological analyzes and ensure that they conform to the specifications.

Monitoring storage conditions (temperatures – relative humidity) for all factory facilities, from raw materials and finished product warehouses to packaging and production halls.
– To ensure the safety of products reaching the company’s customers well, the Quality Department follows up the transport vehicles and ensures their suitability for transporting the products.
